Who Doesn’t Have 10 Minutes?
Happy New Year! This month I am celebrating one year with Kids First Pediatric Partners. How time flies, and how much I have learned! Thanks to all of you who have so warmly welcomed me. It has been great meeting all of you and your children.
Recently I read in the Chicago Tribune a column by Eric Zorn, proposing “10 minutes a day.” One of his readers had sent this to him. The idea is you can always find 10 minutes in the day. If you want to read, knit, learn guitar, clean closets–start with 10 minutes. How manageable 10 minutes is! How often do we NOT start something because we don’t have time? I plan to start with reading and cleaning out closets!
How does this sound to you? Send us your thoughts and maybe this time next year we will hear what everyone has accomplished!
