Announcing Telehealth

For your convenience, we are excited to be able to offer you the care your children need without having to visit the office! All you need is a smart phone, tablet or computer with a webcam to access our safe and secure online telemedicine visits. This “virtual care” mirrors an in-office appointment with the provider you trust and is available when you need it most.

Our online telehealth visits make access to our providers easier, faster and more convenient than ever for our families.

Here’s what you need to know:

When: Beginning on Monday, March 23, appointments are available on weekdays during our normal business hours, 8-7PM Monday-Thursday and 8-5 on Fridays.  Beginning this Monday, March 23, we will offer the option of telehealth appointments for certain conditions during our normal weekday business hours.

Who: Telehealth is available for certain conditions, so please call first

Insurance coverage: Many insurance companies are working quickly to start covering teleheath now because of COVID-19. Contact your insurance to see if telehealth is covered. 

How does it work: Call the office to schedule an appointment. You’ll receive a link to join the telehealth appointment 15 minutes before. All of the providers on varying schedules will offer a live, interactive appointment. If your provider determines that the patient should come into the office, this will still only be billed to you as one visit.

The cash price for a COVID-19 diagnostic test is $80. We provide this information to our patients, health insurers, and the general public, pursuant to Section 3202 of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act.
