New Parents

We encourage all parents to schedule a personal visit to meet with our physicians and staff. Before your visit please read our Mission Statement to learn about our philosophy and goals. The cornerstone of Pediatrics is well child care. It provides us with the opportunity yo evaluate your child’s growth and development. Patients from birth through age 22 are required to have a complete yearly physical examination. We follow guidelines set by The American Academy of Pediatrics for our schedule.

New patients will receive record release forms to be sent to your previous pediatrician so that we can receive and review your child’s medical history before the visit. These and other registration forms can also be downloaded from our Patient Forms page.
